Promotions, we understand to produce a custom product is a complicated process; however, we will guide you every step of the way to ensure 100% customer satisfactory.- Design PhaseThis stage is where information gets exchanged. We assist you with clarification on how intended material can be applied and modified; as well as its limitations. Other detail such as product size / color, decoration technique, packaging option and pricing are also discussed to determine feasibility and affordability.
STEP 1: Project Planning
- Spec SampleAt this stage, our technician will either expertly handcraft or use most advanced equipment to produce a prototype. Any adjustments on aesthetic and functionality are done according to your request.
STEP 2: Pre-production Sample
- Mass ProductionAfter confirmation of spec sample, gear will kick into overdrive. You can rest assured production will be completed in timely manner and highest quality standard.
STEP 3: Mass Production
- InspectionProduct inspection is a key element of quality control and it is done throughout production process. All manufacturer that A.D.A.I. Promotions is working with have dedicate quality control team onsite. They monitor, identify and eliminate defects during production.
STEP 4: Product Inspection
Third Party Factory Audit
By request and with additional fee, we can assist you to hire a 3rd party product inspection agency to conduct a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order. After all order detail has been discussed with our dedicated project manager, in-hand inspection of a sample is highly encouraged. It allows you to gain first hand feedback regarding product quality and it is a great opportunity to take corrective action before production begins.
2. Production
Our manufacture partners are all tested and tried. You can rest assure when your order moves to production stage, only quality product will be made. By request, we can provide you updates with photo during production process.
3. Logistic
During initial consultation, our project manager will provide you the most cost-effective logistic solution to meet estimated deadline. For any reason that you need to push in-hand date ahead of schedule or change destination, we will find all possible alternatives to meet your request.
4. Timeline
All our products are made-to-order based; thus, production time may vary depends on order quantity. Our goal is simple: provide you highest quality product on time.
